Wir achten darauf, unsere Werkzeuge so sicher wie möglich zu verschicken. Passiert es trotzdem, dass die Post Fußball mit dem Paket gespielt hat, melde Dich direkt hier bei uns. Wir helfen unseren BROs auf jeden Fall weiter!

Dafür eröffnen wir bei dem jeweiligen Versandunternehmen einen Fall und benötigen einige Informationen von Dir. Manche Dienstleister fordern auch Beweisfotos an (ja, super nervig, aber das sind halt die Spielregeln). Die kannst Du direkt hier hochladen. Dazu einige Hinweis:

  • Achte darauf, dass die Beschädigung gut zu erkennen ist (auch am Paket)
  • Schmeiß den Karton und das Füllmaterial auf keinen Fall weg
  • Eröffne nicht mehrere Fälle bei uns, wir arbeiten sehr schnell und melden uns
