Das neue und extrem verschleißfeste Titannitrid - beschichtete Hartmetalltauchsägeblatt aus dem Hause Fein lässt die Konkurenz blass aussehen. Mit der 30-fach höheren Lebensdauer gegenüber HSS Sägeblättern und der 100 % höheren Standzeit gegenüber unbeschichteten Hartmetall Sägeblättern, ist es die einzig richtige Wahl für die Bearbeitung von harten Materialien wie Eisenmetalle, Edelstahl oder Kupferrohre. Selbst gehärtete Schrauben ( Spax ) und hochfeste Maschinenschrauben hindern das Sägeblatt nicht seine Arbeit zu tun. Auch abrasive Werkstoffe wie z.B. Ziegelstein, Mauerwerke oder Zementfaserplatten können problemlos bearbeitet werden. Des Weiteren sind Bearbeitungen von Laminat, CFK ( Kohlenstofffaserverstärkter Kunststoff ) und GFK ( Glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff ) mit dem Carbide Pro Sägeblatt kein Thema. Bei Holzwerkstoffen wie Hartholz oder Spanplatten erzielt es eine sehr gute Schneidleistung. Die schmale und taillierte Form gewährleistet eine optimale Schnittgeschwindigkeit und gute Spanabfuhr.
