The Makita DBN 901 cordless nailer is a reliable, cordless tool for professional woodworking. With its powerful 18V LXT technology, it offers performance on a par with pneumatic tools, but without the need for a compressor, hose or cable, making it significantly quieter, more convenient and safer to use. It is suitable for precisely driving frame nails with a length of 50 to 90 millimetres and an angle of 20 to 22 degrees into laminated veneer lumber and other wood-like materials. Depending on the belt and nail type, the magazine capacity is between 36 and 41 nails, which enables efficient working without frequent reloading. The driving depth can be conveniently adjusted using a rotary wheel, allowing the nailer to be flexibly adapted to different materials. Additional safety is provided by the anti-dry-fire mechanism, which prevents misfires and thus protects the tool and workpiece from damage. A side window makes it easy to check the magazine fill level, while an integrated LED work light with pre- and post-lighting ensures good visibility even in poor lighting conditions. The device's special spring mechanism enables a high firing rate, with both single and serial firing available. A spike nose prevents slipping when firing at an angle, thereby increasing precision during work. The DBN 901 is designed for nails with a round head and a shaft diameter between 2.9 and 3.8 millimetres, making it ideal for a wide range of applications in interior construction, timber frame construction or assembly work.
