Product Description:
The Makita DRT52 cordless edge router is a lightweight, brushless router that is ideal for carpenters and hobby craftsmen. With this 18 V cordless edge router, grooves and ornaments can be milled precisely into wood. It comes with a 6 mm collet and a practical guide rail. Thanks to the large selection of available router bit inserts, the tool can be used in a variety of ways. The DRT52 is equipped with a brushless motor, which ensures greater efficiency and a longer service life. Another practical feature is the LED work light, which provides a better view of the work area, especially in darker environments. In addition, the soft-start function ensures that the router starts up smoothly, minimising the risk of a jerky start. The robust plastic housing makes the edge router particularly resistant and predestines it for use in carpentry work. With XPT technology, the DRT52 offers optimum protection against dust and splash water - even under difficult conditions. Additional safety is provided by the lock/unlock button, which prevents the router from being switched on unintentionally and thus minimises the risk of accidents.
