    Unzusammenpassendes Set enttäuscht.

    Ich habe mir das komplette Set, bestehend aus der Säge 3541a, dem Carvingschwert mit 25 cm und der Kette, gekauft, da es oft zusammen angeboten wurde. Allerdings musste ich beim Zusammenbau feststellen, dass das Set wohl nicht wirklich oft zusammen gekauft wird. Die Komponenten passen nämlich nicht zusammen.

    Die Säge an sich funktioniert einwandfrei und erfüllt ihren Zweck, besitzt jedoch einen Antriebskopf für eine 3/8 Kette. Die mitgelieferte Kette hingegen ist eine 1/4 Kette und passt somit nicht auf den Standardantriebskopf.

    Nach einer telefonischen Reklamation wurde mir versichert, dass die passende Kette nachgeliefert wird. Leider musste ich mehrere Wochen warten und erhielt schließlich erneut die falsche Kette. Eine technische Erklärung konnte mir hierbei nicht gegeben werden.

    Ich habe erneut reklamiert und warte nun auf eine Antwort. Leider kann ich dieses Set nicht empfehlen, falls jemand Interesse am Carven hat.
