EN 353-2 - free-running fall arrester with sewn-on shock absorber that reduces the impact forces that occur during a fall - the device is only supplied complete with 16 mm Ø ropes - used primarily in the climbing area so that the user has both arms free, e.g. to transport material or if the anchorage point is further away from the workplace - these products are tested and approved for vertical and horizontal use with an expected load from a fall over the edge.
