Applications: flexible hose for high throughput of abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate and for gases, conveying of dry and frozen foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals, vacuum and suction conveyors, dosing systems, tablet presses, mixers, dryers, packaging machines, big bag filling/emptying, mills, industrial and hoovers, potentially explosive atmospheres, animal housing: Feed conveying, plant and transport Properties: heavy-duty design, highly abrasion-resistant, increased pressure and vacuum resistance, approval in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 and EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU Regulation 2015/174 by an independent testing institute for the entire hose, polyurethane food-safe in accordance with: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, odourless and tasteless, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis, good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals, very good low-temperature flexibility, wall permanently antistatic: volume resistance and surface resistance Construction: 1. Spring steel wire firmly moulded into the wall, spiral: stainless steel wire (INOX), 2. wall: permanently antistatic premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR ® ), 3. wall thickness 1.4 - 1.5 mm Temperature range: -40 °C to +90 °C Delivery variants: other versions, dimensions and lengths available on request
