Product Description:

The Rothenberger ROMAX NANO iJAW pressing jaw of the SV contour in 18 mm is ideal for system-compliant pressing of metal pipework systems and communicates with the pressing machine in real time thanks to the integrated RFID sensor, so that each use can be clearly identified and all pressing processes can be saved directly on the jaw, regardless of which NANO machine it was used on; the data can then be conveniently read out, sent and archived via the ROTHENBERGER app. Thanks to the DURA LAZR TEC process, a partial laser hardening at particularly stressed points, the press jaw achieves maximum hardness, minimum wear and reliable contour accuracy, which, in combination with forged special steel, increases the service life by 100% compared to the previous model. This is complemented by optimised corrosion protection and a 3-bolt synchronised mechanism, which makes opening the jaw particularly smooth and enables convenient one-finger operation, while a precision-manufactured contour guarantees secure and exact crimping and a weight saving of around 40 % compared to standard crimping jaws ensures additional user-friendliness.
