Er eignet sich besonders für Holz- und Trockenbau sowie die Befestigung von Gipskarton-, Gipsfaser-, Hartgips-, Span- und OSB-Platten auf Holzständern oder Metallständern. Der DS 5550 ist perfekt ausbalanciert für ein ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten. Der Schalter lässt sich für Dauerbetrieb feststellen, die exakte Versenktiefeneinstellung mit Arretierung sorgt für ein optimales Arbeitsergebnis. Mit den zwei Akkus und Ladegerät liefert SENCO ein komplettes Set im Transportkoffer, es ist kein weiteres Zubehör nötig. Auch wird jeweils ein werkzeugloser Tiefenanschlag für Holz und Gips mitgeliefert.
