Product Description:

The Stihl Light P04 guide rail is a versatile lightweight guide rail that is suitable for timber harvesting as well as for carving and firewood sawing. It consists of electrically welded steel plates with large recesses that are injected with glass fibre-reinforced polyamide, making it particularly light and robust at the same time. Compared to conventional rails, its weight is reduced by up to 30 %, which enables effortless and more precise work, for example when chainsaw carving. This design also ensures a better balance of the chainsaw, as the centre of gravity is shifted closer to the body and thus relieves the strain on the back, which is particularly advantageous during longer operations. The Stihl Light P04, 3/8" P, 1.3 mm is maintenance-free, as the closed bearings of the deflection star have lifetime lubrication and therefore do not require re-greasing, making it a particularly practical solution for both private users and professionals.
