Der Makita BO005CG ist ein äußerst handlicher und leichter Schwingschleifer, der durch seine Flexibilität besticht. Dieses Gerät kann wahlweise mit einem 40V max. Akku oder über einen PDC-Connector-Akku betrieben werden, wobei der Akku über ein Adapterkabel angeschlossen wird und auch separat, beispielsweise am Gürtel, getragen werden kann. Dies sorgt für eine hervorragende Mobilität und Handlichkeit. Ein markantes Feature dieses Schwingschleifers ist die exzellente Staubabsaugung. Der Staub wird entweder direkt durch die Grundplatte in eine integrierte Staubbox geleitet oder kann über eine externe Absaugung, die durch das Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) via Bluetooth mit einem Staubsauger verbunden wird, entsorgt werden. Die regelbare Schwingzahl des Geräts ermöglicht perfekte Schleifergebnisse auf unterschiedlichsten Materialien, während die Konstantelektronik für eine gleichbleibende Drehzahl sorgt, was ein gleichmäßiges Schleifbild garantiert.
