Die Compact Pressbacke der Kontur U mit einer Nennweite von 16 mm ist ideal für das systemkonforme Verpressen von Fittings in Kunststoffrohrsystemen geeignet. Dank des speziellen partiellen Laserhärteverfahrens namens DURA LAZR TEC wird eine verlängerte Lebensdauer der Pressbacke und ein präzises Verpressen gewährleistet. Dieses Verfahren führt zu einem minimierten Verschleiß innerhalb der Presskontur und verdoppelt die Presszyklen im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell. Der optimierte Korrosionsschutz sorgt für eine konstant hohe Qualität der Pressbacke über ihre gesamte Lebensdauer. Die 3-Bolzen-Gleichlaufmechanik ermöglicht ein einfaches Öffnen der Pressbacke im täglichen Einsatz (One-Finger-Operation). Die ROTHENBERGER Pressbacken, gefertigt aus hochbelastbarem Spezialstahl, sind für alle Pressmaschinen mit einer Schubkraft von 19 kN geeignet.
