Die Standard Pressbacke der Kontur U mit einer Nennweite von 25 mm ist ideal für das systemkonforme Verpressen von Fittings in Kunststoffrohrsystemen geeignet. Das spezielle partielle Laserhärteverfahren DURA LAZR TEC sorgt für eine verlängerte Lebensdauer der Pressbacke und ermöglicht ein präzises Verpressen. Dadurch wird der Verschleiß innerhalb der Presskontur minimiert und die Anzahl der Presszyklen im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell verdoppelt. Ein optimierter Korrosionsschutz garantiert die hohe Qualität der Pressbacke über ihre gesamte Lebensdauer. Dank der 3-Bolzen-Gleichlaufmechanik lässt sich die Pressbacke im täglichen Einsatz mühelos öffnen (One-Finger-Operation). Die ROTHENBERGER Pressbacken, gefertigt aus hochbelastbarem Spezialstahl, sind für alle Pressmaschinen mit einer Schubkraft von 32-34 kN geeignet.
